6.2. The site administration is obliged to:

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the applicant in writing of the results of the claim review.
8.3. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to judicial authorities for consideration in accordance with the general procedure in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Site Administration.
9. OTHER CONDITIONS
9.1. The site administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. The amended (new) Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the New Edition of the Privacy Policy.
